Terms and Conditions - Délavoy Aesthetics

Engaging with Délavoy Aesthetics whether by booking online, through correspondence, or attending in person is deemed as full acknowledgement of our clinical policies and terms. Your interaction with any part of our service or premises implies consent to our professional conditions, irrespective of separate documentation or direct review.

These Terms and Conditions outline how clients engage with the Délavoy Aesthetics website, booking platforms, clinical services and post-treatment support. Our intention is to ensure transparency, uphold the highest standards of safety and provide a consistently exceptional experience both for our clients and practitioners.

Your comfort, satisfaction, and trust remain our guiding priorities.

All services are delivered by a team of highly trained and fully insured professionals including both medically qualified practitioners and advanced aesthetic and skin specialists. All individuals are vetted to the highest standard in accordance with UK regulatory guidance, ensuring that clients receive expert care, regardless of their provider's background. Our medical professionals hold prestigious certifications and our non-medical practitioners are carefully selected, qualified, hold corresponding prestigious certifications and supervised to operate within the clinic's strict clinical governance framework.

1. Who We Are & Our Professional Duty of Care

Délavoy Aesthetics is a trusted, fully registered and insured clinical practice offering a carefully curated range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser treatments. We are committed to full compliance with UK clinical legislation, data protection, and operational safety.

We reserve the right to amend service protocols, pricing structures, and operating policies in response to legal, ethical, or administrative changes required to maintain our professional obligations and the best interests of our clients.

2. Minors & Parental Consent

Délavoy Aesthetics does not provide aesthetic treatments to individuals under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required at any time. If a minor is present in the clinic as a guest or visitor, they must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian at all times.

For any wellness services or consultations involving those aged 16-17 (e.g. skincare support), written parental consent must be provided in advance. No injectable, invasive, or advanced aesthetic treatments will ever be administered to a minor under any circumstance.

3. Booking Terms, Refunds & Fair Use Policy

We take pride in providing tailored treatments, however aesthetic results vary depending on personal health, skin type, age, and commitment to aftercare. No result can be promised, and this is discussed transparently during consultation.

Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable but may be redeemable against qualifying treatments. All product sales (including prescriptions, opened items, or hygiene-sensitive supplies) and gift card purchases are final. Repeated cancellations or refund demands will lead to limited access or refusal of future services.

Appointment reschedules are allowed up to three times. Beyond this, we reserve the right to cancel future bookings without refund to safeguard the clinic's operational flow.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months, non-refundable, non-transferable, and only applicable to eligible treatments listed at purchase.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to reduced treatment time or forfeiture of their appointment. Repeated lateness or missed appointments may result in restricted future access.

4. Medical History & Client Safety

Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing any medical conditions, allergies or medications. This ensures we can offer safe and tailored treatments.

Délavoy Aesthetics reserves the right to postpone or cancel treatments where information is incomplete or the procedure would compromise the client's health or wellbeing.

Failure to provide full and honest disclosure or failure to follow professional aftercare guidance may result in adverse effects or complications. In such cases, Délavoy Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any outcomes, reactions, or further treatment costs resulting from non-disclosure or non-compliance.

4A. Treatment Compatibility & Pre-Treatment Guidelines

For safety and optimal results, not all treatments are compatible when performed in close succession. Clients should not combine injectable treatments, COz laser, fat dissolving, or skin boosters on the same day or within a short timeframe unless explicitly approved by a practitioner. Délavoy Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule or modify treatment plans where overlap may compromise safety or outcomes.

Additionally, clients are advised to avoid alcohol, anti-inflammatory medication, blood thinners, sun exposure, and active skincare ingredients such as retinols or acids in the days leading up to their appointment, based on the treatment planned. Failure to follow pre-treatment guidance may result in increased sensitivity, bruising, or reduced effectiveness. By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge that adherence to these guidelines is essential to ensure the safest experience possible.

5. Clinical Limitations & Legal Waiver

Aesthetic medicine is a highly specialised yet subjective field. While we utilise advanced techniques, training and premium technologies, treatment outcomes may differ based on individual skin physiology, age, metabolism and adherence to aftercare guidance.

Délavoy Aesthetics does not guarantee results will be identical to reference images, verbal expectations, promotional or marketing visuals or prior outcomes. Any dissatisfaction stemming from differences in appearance versus promotional or consultation visuals are not grounds for refund or legal dispute.

We do not accept liability, nor are we legally or financially responsible for individual perceptions, unmet personal expectations, or naturally occurring variations in treatment response.

Clients must sign informed consent documentation prior to treatment. Refusal to sign may result in cancellation without refund.

5A. Certain advanced treatments provided by Délavoy Aesthetics including COz laser resurfacing, PDO thread lifts, fat dissolving injections, polynucleotides, skin boosters, tear trough fillers, and PRP may involve temporary side effects, delayed visible outcomes, or varied response depending on individual physiology, skin type, and adherence to aftercare.

While all procedures are delivered with clinical precision and care, we cannot guarantee uniform results or instant outcomes. By proceeding with any of the above treatments, clients acknowledge these limitations and accept full responsibility for accurately disclosing their medical history and following all professional aftercare guidance provided.

Délavoy Aesthetics is not liable for differences in treatment outcomes due to personal skin response, non-compliance, or unreported health factors. These treatments are offered with the understanding that visible effects may take multiple sessions or time to fully develop, and that minor side effects may naturally occur as part of the healing process.

6. Patch Testing

Where applicable, certain treatments may require a patch test. Refusal or omission of this step may result in treatment delay or cancellation.

7. Client Photography & Media Consent

For all clinical treatments, Délavoy Aesthetics requires the capture of photographic records before and after procedures to ensure appropriate monitoring, documentation, and continuity of care. These images are confidential and used strictly for internal clinical purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Separate consent will always be requested if we wish to use any imagery for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. Refusal to allow promotional use of imagery will never affect the level or quality of care provided.

7A. Media Access, Recording Devices & Press Enquiries

Délavoy Aesthetics is a private, clinical environment. To preserve the confidentiality, safety, and comfort of all clients and staff, no form of media activity is permitted on our premises without prior written consent. This includes:

8. Aftercare Products & Supplementary Items

Occasionally, natural aftercare products such as arnica or vitamin C are included at our discretion. These are wellness-based suggestions only not clinical prescriptions. Clients should consult their GP before use.

Receiving an aftercare pack is not guaranteed and is subject to practitioner judgment, treatment type, and available resources. Clients who do not receive one are not eligible for reimbursement or legal dispute.

9. Respectful Conduct & Our Clinical Environment

All treatments are delivered by qualified professionals trained to uphold industry standards in safety, discretion, and compassion. Our environment is a sanctuary of respect for both clients and staff. We ask all visitors to approach communication and conduct in the same spirit.

Instances of verbal abuse, manipulation, unfounded threats or defamation including towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of treatment, withdrawal of services, or escalation through formal legal channels.

Freedom of expression does not exempt malicious activity, and we reserve full rights to defend the clinic, our staff, and our brand through legal channels if integrity is jeopardised.

13. Data Handling, Confidentiality & Your Rights

We abide by all GDPR and UK data protection obligations. Client data is used strictly for clinical care, internal administration, and communication purposes only. Data is never shared, sold, or disclosed outside of this remit.

All communications with clients are treated with the utmost discretion and integrity.

14. Jurisdiction & Legal Standing

These Terms and Conditions are governed under English law. Any claims, disputes or actions brought against

Délavoy Aesthetics must be initiated within the jurisdiction of UK courts.

We reserve the right to recover costs in any legal claim brought in bad faith, or where harm to the clinic's reputation, staff, brand or systems is proven.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions as our practice evolves or legislation changes. Updates take immediate effect upon publication.

16. Confidentiality of Celebrity / Public Figure Clients

We are privileged to treat clients from a range of personal and professional backgrounds. All client information, identities, and bookings including those of public figures are treated with strict confidentiality.

Any intentional or unintentional breach of another client's privacy, including unauthorised sharing of encounters or recordings, will result in permanent exclusion and may trigger legal action.

17. No Third-Party Attendance Without Consent

For the comfort and confidentiality of all guests, clients may not attend appointments accompanied by a third party unless this has been pre-approved by the clinic.

Friends, photographers, bloggers, or unregistered interpreters are not permitted during treatment without prior agreement.

18. False Claims & Refund Misuse Policy

Délavoy Aesthetics operates under strict ethical and legal obligations. Any attempt to make false claims, fraudulent refund requests, or chargebacks after services have been completed and consented to will be reported to relevant authorities and our legal team.

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of costs for legal, administrative, and reputational damages.

19. Social Media Boundaries

We welcome feedback shared online. However, sharing misinformation, threatening public exposure to influence outcomes, or tagging Délavoy Aesthetics in defamatory posts without seeking resolution through formal channels may result in permanent exclusion and legal review.

20. Right to Refuse Service

Délavoy Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed clinically unsafe, ethically inappropriate, or if client behaviour compromises the integrity of our clinic environment.

This includes clients who breach policies, falsify medical details, or display conduct that endangers staff or brand reputation.

21. Ethical Standards & Treatment Integrity

Délavoy Aesthetics is committed to ethical practice, clinical transparency, and patient-first care. We do not over-treat, upsell without justification, or administer procedures that are not in the client's best interest. All recommendations are made in accordance with professional guidelines, skin health priorities, and long-term aesthetic harmony. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and will be guided honestly, even if this means recommending against a treatment. We reserve the right to decline services that we feel may compromise your wellbeing, dignity, or the clinic's ethical code.
